На фоне санкционного давления бартерные сделки могут снова стать будничной практикой российского бизнеса. По мнению экспертов, механизм может быть применен в расчетах с контрагентами стран Глобального Юга и СНГ.
Из-за опасения вторичных санкций бартерная форма расчетов может заинтересовать ряд внешнеторговых партнеров, поскольку этот механизм позволяет исключить банковский комплаенс (систему управления рисками) при осуществлении международных платежей. В то же время бартерные сделки существенно ограничивают контрагентов в выборе ликвидных средств взаиморасчетов, а также сокращают использование национальных валют. IMPORT NEWS.

С 12 сентября уходят из России из-за санкций против российского IT-сектора:

❌Конструктор сайтов Wix заблокирует как платные, так и бесплатные аккаунты;
❌Платформа онлайн-досок Miro отключит платные профили россиян, но оставит бесплатные;
❌Разработчик ПО для маркетинга Hubspot заблокирует доступ к своим сервисам;
❌Платформа таск-менеджемета ClickUp прекращает работу;
ИИ-сервис для дизайнеров Recraft;
❌Сервис для совместной работы Coda прекращает работу.

❌Ранее отключили «облака» в РФ или заблокировали доступ сервис для big data от Google BigQuery, конструктор сайтов Ecwid, сервис Notion, мессенджер Slack.

Специалисты говорят о возможных затруднениях в работе сервисов Google, в онлайн-сервисе для разработки интерфейсов Figma, а также в сервисе видеозвонков Zoom.

Впрочем, почти у всего этого есть российские аналоги, на которые постепенно переходили последние 2,5 года, говорит управляющий RTM Group, эксперт в области информационной безопасности и права в ИТ Евгений Царев?

Так например, в компании Chilkoot, официальном дистрибуторе оборудования для майнинга криптовалют в РФ, заявили о трёхкратном росте запросов по покупке оборудования.

Представитель крупнейшей майнинговой компании в РФ BitRiver также отметил, что свежее законодательство подтолкнуло как институциональных, так и частных клиентов к участию в стремительно развивающейся отрасли.

Директор Ассоциации промышленного майнинга Сергей Безделов заявил, что после принятия закона страх за изъятие оборудования майнеров пропал, из-за чего на рынок хлынули новые игроки.
