Company`s GNPA and NNPA reduced to NIL compared to GNPA of 4.37% and NNPA of 3.45% as of Q1FY22. Total borrowings reduced from 1369.99Cr to 1081.24Cr. Company reported PAT of 24.98Cr against 21.20Cr YoY.

Preferential Issue
The Co. has approved the allotment of 96.55 lakhs equity shares on a preferential basis at an issue price of Rs 67.50/- each to members of promoter and non-promoter groups.  Company`s CMP is very close to Preferential issue price.

Investment rational
Company`s loan books has improved drastically and we have not seen equivalent move in market yet. Company is still trading below its BV of 105.51 per share which is very good. FII holds 14.57% stake in company. Considering these facts this counter looks highly undervalued and can outperform in coming time.
