From chief complaint and Radiographic Findings: Upon clinical and radiographic examination, it was determined that the patient had previously undergone endodontic treatment on the upper left lateral incisor, which was associated with an abscess. Additionally, the upper left central incisor was diagnosed as necrotic and required root canal treatment.
Treatment Plan: Based on the findings, the treatment plan included retreatment of the upper left lateral incisor and root canal treatment of the upper left central incisor.
Treatment Procedure:
Retreatment of Upper Left Lateral Incisor:
The patient's upper left lateral incisor was accessed, and gutta-percha removal was initiated.
During the removal of the gutta-percha, the material was inadvertently cut beyond the apex.
Given the situation, a decision was made to leave the cut gutta-percha in place, as attempting to retrieve it may risk further complications.
The canal was thoroughly cleaned, shaped, and irrigated.
After achieving satisfactory disinfection, the canal was obturated with MTA plug and gutta-percha.
Root Canal Treatment of Upper Left Central Incisor:
The upper left central incisor was accessed, and the necrotic pulp tissue was completely removed.
The canal was cleaned, shaped, and irrigated using appropriate instrumentation and irrigating solutions.
After thorough disinfection, the canal was obturated with a suitable gutta-percha.
Post-treatment Follow-up: The patient was regularly scheduled for follow-up appointments to monitor the progress of the treatment. After one year, a radiographic examination revealed good healing at the previously abscessed site of the upper left lateral incisor.

مادة ال antipulp
هي من المواد اللي بتعمل devitalization
مش فقط للعصب ، ولكن لاي نسيج تلامسه

هذا الدمار اللي في الصورة ناتج عن وضع مادة antipulp في سن class II فتسربت المادة للثة وحصل تموت في اللثة والعظم

وجب التنويه ، لانها هذه تقريبا ثالث حالة اشوفها خلال فترة قصيرة جدا ،،،

الحالة بعد التنظيف والا كانت الحالة اسوأ من كذا

المريض فقد جزء كبير من النسيج بسبب
الجهل والاهمال
