Treatment :
debridement, Chlorhexidine oral rinse, NSAIDs for pain, Antibiotics : Penicillin VK 25-50 mg/kg/d +/- metronidazole 30 mg/kg/d
Biopsy required if nonresponsive.

Q2: The clinical description may mimics Primary HSV infection, erosive lichen planus, childhood benign mucous membrane pemphigoid.

8 Changes in Instrumentation: If subsequent files are unable to progress or there is a noticeable change in the canal's shape or path, it might indicate the presence of a broken file.
