Things that make you go Hmm...

Seems that my phone listens to me and then passes that to Meta. I don't enable meta to use my data to give me personal adverts and to be fair I am no longer a regular user of Insta and FB.

I had a personal conversation via WhatsApp with a friend, via voice message, recently regarding something that I experienced during some interval training (yes, I run, mixing things up between short striding combinations and between 7 and 9 km costal running at dawn). I haven't worn a watch since 1989 but grew up in a house obsessed with timing, and so can naturally tell the time with uncanny accuracy. Anyway, since ceasing amateur competitive football seven seasons ago, I run according to how my body feels.

Deciding to count how fast it took to run 200 meters at tempo, (part of the training is to repeat that run ten times, along with other repetitious intervals - it builds strength and stamina), I noticed that it wasn't bad for a man in his 50s. I did take a watch and recorded the time, and then I did a quick search for comparison sake and let's just say I was pleasantly surprised!!

Anyway, I only mentioned this to one person via voice audio, and guess what FB sent me? Snopp Dog running 200 meters at 34.44 seconds. He's seven months younger than I!

Honestly, I'm not too happy that this sort of exchange, between algorithms and I exists. We have GDPR rules in Europe about privacy, and whilst different to what is happening here, I long for the days when private conversations were private and meta allowed me to see your posts and not adverts for random stuff I've no interest in, or have searched for. Taking a personal audio chat and sending me a feed similar to that chat, takes the biscuit though....

But just remember that this conjunction is but one stage of an overall process and not an isolated event that will ‘cause’ something to happen to you, even if it comes across that way when you read online or listen to various talks and podcasts that give that impression. Consciousness changes are on-going. Astrology is a language to account for those changes, but it is also a living language that is constantly evolving and is contingent upon the awareness of those speaking the language.
Remember that we get what we argue for, in the same way that we see the world through the lens of our own belief systems. If you truly believe in causation, then that is what indeed you will experience. If, however, you believe that you are a co-creative being, directing your awareness in tandem with personal and collective rhythms, then that too is what you will create and experience.
You stand on the threshold of a new stage of development, a sustained tone of fourteen years, a rhythm that opens up your physical world to a deeper realisation of both the illusion, and the importance, of our physicality and material world. There will be profound shifts that open up so many facets of humanity. The question is, however, whether you are prepared to go beyond and to encounter life without edges, to grow with abandon and to open yourself to knowledge that will threaten your everyday life?

The Purple Diary on the 20th of April
Consciousness, both individually and collectively, is a dynamic entity, constantly evolving through experiences, reflections, and growth. As you/ we navigate through life, you/ we encounter various stimuli that prompt you/ us to reflect on y/our beliefs, values, and perceptions. Each reflection can stimulate some facet of growth, whether inwards and downwards, or upwards and outwards, expanding or impeding consciousness and, hopefully, deepening understanding of both the ‘Self’ and the world.
Whether through moments of joy, sorrow, or revelation, these experiences contribute to the on-going development of consciousness, shaping y/our perspective and influencing future actions.
However it is easy to misconstrue the perpetual motion of growth in an era inundated with sound bites of information. Planetary cycles and astrological aspects are often misunderstood as being isolated causations, disconnected from the broader context of personal growth and societal dynamics. The rapid dissemination of updates and news often reinforces this perception, presenting events in a fragmented manner that obscures their underlying interconnectedness.
Yet, just as consciousness evolves through reflection and growth, understanding the intricate web of causality requires a holistic perspective. Planetary waveform motion reflects all facets of our experience of life and more importantly our ever-changing multi-layered consciousness. How we deal with these shifts offers the collective an opportunity to find new pathways to express the polysemic holons that each planetary wave forms contain. In turn, that gives other individuals an opportunity to re-frame what they move through in a broader context, potentially opening their eyes to ways to raise the bar.
Within each planetary cycle, just as there is within Nature’s cycles, there are differing stages of growth – a commencement, turning points, integration points, opportunity to further build, points of illumination, points of tension and eventually a time wherein this dance needs to end, ceding to a renewal under a differing rhythm.
Tomorrow, one specific cycle, associated with opening up new horizons, commences for the first time in just under fourteen years, and if considering an additional third term, the first time in 83 years.
For those consciously attuned, what you can expect to feel is a fast paced, ‘eye’ opening insight, that can literally blow apart the cobwebs, freeing you from the binds that chain you to the ever rotating Wheel of fate, enabling you to gain a fresh perspective that can be drawn through your creative essence in a manner that not only expresses your being in a stunningly authentic and free manner, but in a way that WILL be perceived by those closed to growth as being ‘insane’, wild, rule-bending and impossible. But, the tone of this alignment is inwardly embodied. In other words, it will be experienced within, as opposed to witnessed without.
The feeling is that of encounter, as you witness a liberation of your body and being from the physical and material constraints that have come before. The qualitative experience of this ‘tone’ is akin to planting a seed that will allow a flower of truthful honesty to flourish, even if it means destabilising arenas of your life that are no longer aligned with your deeper impulse towards freedom and being.
In short, the ‘landscape’ of this synod is conducive to that of open and free exploration, as opposed to tentative analysis and incremental growth, painstaking hewn from toil and labour.

Within the depths of our being, a profound truth lies forgotten yet omnipresent - the power (and beauty) of living from a place of unconditional love. It is a love that transcends the boundaries of ego, defying the limitations of our human existence. It is a love that flows freely, unencumbered by expectations, judgments, or attachments, a love than many experience towards those souls that chose them as a parent, yet is a love that at times feels unreachable when it comes to our peers, friends, lover, our own parents, colleagues and towards those unknown souls that fleet in and out of our everyday life.
To live from this place of unconditionality is to release the shackles of the ego, those chains that bind you to narrow definitions of love. It is a courageous act of unburdening yourself from the need for validation, control, and possession and it is path that leads inwards, towards the vast, complex labyrinth of your heart, where at its core compassion, empathy, and kindness reside.
No room exists for assumption or judgment, desire or jealousy, arrogance or prejudice, ignorance or vanity. Living from a place of unconditionality requires a deep sense of self-awareness, a willingness to confront your own shadow, and to extend forgiveness not only to others but also to yourself. It calls for a radical shift in perspective, a departure from the mind set of scarcity and separation, towards one of abundance and unity and it is an invitation to look through the prism of empathy, honouring the inherent divinity that resides within each being.
Also known as agape, this love is one that flows without conditions, without expectations of reciprocity, liberating you from the confines of your ego, allowing you to see and connect with others authentically. Wouldn’t it be great to be able to freely dance in the eternal rhythm of life, unencumbered by the fear of rejection or the need for external validation? Would you not exist in a place of empowerment if you could truly cultivate your relationships based on trust, respect, and mutual growth, rather than the pursuit of control or possession?
If only we could embrace the inherent worth and dignity of every soul, recognising that you are not truly isolated from others, but are intimately a part of a larger weave of humanity…
Living from a state of agape is not a destination but an on-going journey, a conscious choice made moment to moment. It is a commitment to embrace vulnerability, to remain open-hearted, even in the face of adversity. It is a courageous act of unlearning, stripping away the layers of conditioning that have shaped our understanding of love, and instead, choosing to embody a love that knows no bounds. And there are times when we are collectively more receptive to engaging with each other without conditionality – when faced with collective adversity, when tragedy befalls a community, when the national team wins a tournament (or at least a game in the tournament!), when at a concert or event, or when the end is nigh. Yes, we open at the close. A sad fact, but true. It is strongly present in our hearts at the moment, as we feel the grief build as we live in sympathetic resonance with the end of our collective heart-light rhythm in three days time.
This subtle vibrational weave has been building over the past few weeks, encouraging you to look beyond the cult of the exterior and the banal superficiality towards the in-light and the truth of your heart-light. There are many scripts and patterns that have defined your inner light that need to be let go of – many illusions, fantasies, assumptions, denials and misplaced affections – patterns that have kept you chained to your ego and entrained to a path of repetitious sadness and disappointment, products of expectation and desire, states that have no place with a sanctified heart.

People are so weird…

…they run away from, chastise and castigate the truth teller when they are alive… but line the streets, write names on mountains and planes draw love hearts in the sky when they are dead…
