1. For now, we have disabled the use of /check (username) as the IDchat cannot be linked to a certain user. The problem that arises later is that when the scammer changes their username, the existing vote data will be lost.

2. To solve the first problem is: to vote on someone who is not in the Trustmeter group, you can directly forward the message to the person you want to report and send it to the DM bot @trustmeter_bot.

3. The solution above also aims to avoid spam voting that may occur in the future.

4. The bot can now be used in general, you can add the Trustmeter bot to your private groups. However, this is still in the testing phase. I will close it later if it is considered enough.

5. By using solution number 2, the data stored in the Trustmeter database is its ID, this makes the scammer bound to the Trustmeter data if they try to change their username, their reputation will still be in our database. Please try it yourself ?
