The fact that all these entities are nuking their BTC at this stage in the market is long term bullish.

Getting rid of all this sell pressure at this stage means easier bullmarket with less sell pressure from them.

VCs still need to make money on the altcoins they invested in. So imo that still will come. The cycle will repeat.

I hate what is happening to my bags but important to see the positive side on this.

On that note. If you are extremely stressed atm it means you did not take enough profits out of the game during the highs. Keep that in mind. Take care of your mindset/emotions by derisking accordingly.
