Dear Students,

We are pleased to announce the initiation of the Inter-University Gym Bros Competition, encompassing four prestigious institutions (WIUT, CAU, INHA and Turin)⚡️

Regulations of the tournament:

1️⃣ There will be 3 weight categories:
1. 60kg - 69kg
2. 70kg - 79kg
3. 80kg+

2️⃣ How much the participant lifted will be compared with his own body weight in percent
(weight of lift / body weight * 100%)

3️⃣ The rest rules will be explained during the tournament

Hey Bros⚡️****

Here we are with exclusively delicious and useful recipe for you!

The first Stage:
1) Salt the pre-cleaned carp
2) Boil the potatoes
3) Chop the vegetables

The second Stage:
Sauce: vegetable oil, salt, pepper, paprika and universal seasoning

The third Stage:
1) Cover the baking sheet with foil and decorate with our ingredients (douse the vegetables with sauce)
2) Cover the dish with another layer of foil
3) Place in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 220°C
4) Remove the top layer of foil in the last 15 minutes and wait for the dish to be ready
