Confused about whether to learn French or German for career opportunities – need advice!

Hey everyone,

I'm at a bit of a crossroads in my career and life, and I could really use some advice from those who might have been in a similar situation. I'm a 23-year-old Moroccan with a diploma in IT networking, and I've got about six months of internship experience and a year of work experience as a team coordinator in a telecom company

Right now, I'm seriously thinking about moving abroad for better opportunities. Germany has caught my attention because I've heard they don't require a lot of experience for starters, especially in tech, and it seems like a great place to start fresh. The only issue is that I would have to learn German from scratch, which feels like a massive commitment, but it seems promising since the job market is good there.

On the other hand, I’ve been thinking about improving my French. My French is okay (around B1 in understanding, A2 in writing), but I know it’s not enough for the kind of jobs I want locally or in a place like Canada. If I improve my French, it might open doors in Morocco for now, and eventually in Canada, but I’m not sure how long that will take.

So here’s where I’m stuck:
--Should I focus on learning German from scratch to move to Germany as quickly as possible?
--Or should I improve my French to gain more experience in Morocco or even aim for Canada later on?

I really want to move out as soon as possible, and the idea of starting fresh in a new country is appealing, but I’m worried about the time and effort involved in learning German. At the same time, improving my French might be a safer bet but might delay my plans to move.

Any advice or insight from people who have been through this? I’m feeling lost and could use some guidance!

I can’t with this country’s healthcare

My sister had severe stomach pain in the morning due to some meds that were too strong for her , i had to take her to sofi / moulay youssef , it’s in Casa for those who don’t know , i don’t really need to say much since every casawi knows that mourizgou and sofi are living hells , the nurses were just trainees who didn’t want to do their job , doctors prescribing anything and disappearing , basic medical supplies missing , one bottle of betadine in the ER , anyway u know the drill , so i had this convo with my sister who said that even the clinics don’t have the staff required or they tell u to make an appointment even if it’s an emergency , why are we not getting anywhere ? it has been like this for years , healthcare is just shit in morocco and i live in casa no need to talk about the others cities or the rural areas

Good spots to hang out with SO in nador

We are currently in nador, near the beach Courniche with all the restaurants like Sushi box.

Although this is very beautifully area to hang out, we want to see some other beautiful places too.

Any recommendations? We are willing to travel 1 hour with bus or taxi to other locations. Anything more is a bit exhausting at the Moment.

Beni mellal supercars

Aight guys i'm a tunisian citizen tbh and i like cars and to be specific i like supercars and morocco is the way to go for supercars fans like me you guys are like monaco of north africa but i'm kinda so confused lately i've seen a lot of instagram pages talk about a small ville in morocco called beni millal and another one called fekih ben salah i guess and the citizen there own like half a million dollars supercars not all of the citizens ofc but ther's a good chunk of ppl there own like really very expensive cars what really confused me the what does those guys do for living ?

Would you consider yourself Americanized?

I have been noticing that youths in Morocco are , progressively, getting homogenized adopting American styles and even sometimes mindset and also they incorporate English in their conversation between each other. I don't know if this is only restricted to students of the english language, if my assumption is correct, or is it affecting majority of Moroccan youth?

Hey guys ,

Thanks to everyone who took the time to respond to my last post and explaining the scamming strategies of these shady businesses.

This morning(the next day), when I saw that she still left me on read , I sent her two more messages saying “why don’t you answer me ? All this for something that is my right ?” She didn’t respond while she was active so I told her that this is haram money . She sent me that minute my 4g connecxion and I received my message from IAM ???? yay. Now my conscious is relieved and I’ll definitely be even more persistent for change the next time someone does something like this .

But I don’t think it’s important anymore cause I blocked her for good, but still be careful when dealing with people like this .
