The first photo is me at my worst. 2022-2024. I lost myself in stress and chaos and allowed myself to fall into the worst shape of my life. I hit an all-time high of 270 lbs. and felt like absolute dogshit every day - tired, no drive, constantly irritable, always looking for an escape.

The second photo is this morning. Reclaiming myself physically, mentally, and spiritually. Down to 237 lbs. And with more energy and strength than I've had in years, and I'm ravenous for more obstacles to conquer and goals to destroy. By the end of this year, I will be unrecognizable.

There is still a long way to go to accomplish my goals, but I want to share this for anyone in the same boat. It's never too late.

I'm going to start a 90-day men's fitness group designed to help other men do the same.

It will be low cost, straightforward, and effective.
