Central and Latin America, which has seen growing investment from the Chinese, which I've done a whole show on covering the billions of investment from Telecoms to Lithium mining. In addition to this, under AMLO and other leaders there has been growing political drift from the West, or at least under Washington. Form claims that the OAS shouldn't be relevant, and that the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) should take a greater role on Central and Latin American affairs on an intergovernmental level, this is nothing more than a warning, a threat for what will come.
