To help us build the best possible solution to help you get there, we're seeking 25 individuals from the UK to participate in a week-long trial of a habit formation app.

What's the app? It’s an on the market, habit-tracking app designed to help you form positive habits and break negative ones. It's intuitive, easy to use, and packed with features to help you achieve your goals.

What We Would Need From You: If you’re selected to participate we’ll share detailed instructions on next steps, but we’ll need:
- download the app (we’ll cover the costs!)
- Use the app everyday to track your habits and behaviours for one week.
- Share your feedback with us by completing a post-usage survey.
- This product test is limited to UK residents only - but we will considered our global audience in future testing.
