Diesel is entering Gaza, specifically for operating water pumps and desalination and other humanitarian causes. How much of the diesel is being used for these purposes, as opposed to powering Hamas militarily, is anyone's guess. But I doubt much, if any, is reaching ordinary people, especially in North Gaza.
