As we approach the end of the year - there are a lot of holidays in addition to the Ingress events happening. For those that create banners, I suspect things will take longer to process due to the amount of banners being submitted for it all. A pre-emptive note from me to please keep that in mind and consider allowing more time than usual for review.

Agents, a clarification to 2.140 release notes -
In them, they seem to indicate that the selected Portal bracket has been updated for Missions only. The selected Portal bracket has been updated for all areas such as remote Portal and DroneNet views.

Looks like no, it's not a bug.

It has never been "do a new mission". It can be any mission. If there is a delay in credit, try the resync button or restart scanner. If it still doesn't show credit - submit a support ticket.
