That’s All Folks! (Redux)
by CJ HOPKINS
Well, what do you know, it looks like we’ve got another “CRISIS OF DEMOCRACY” on our hands. Yes, that’s right, folks, THE VERY FABRIC OF DEMOCRACY IS AT STAKE … again! Which means (surprise!) that it’s probably time to declare another STATE OF EMERGENCY and take some sort of EMERGENCY MEASURES to protect humanity from LITERAL FASCISM, or RUSSIA, or CHEAP FAKES, or a VIRUS … or whatever.
I didn’t watch the presidential debate — it took place at 2AM here in Germany — but I watched as much as I could stand the following morning, and I read a few headlines in the corporate press, and … well, it appears that’s it for Biden.

The fallacies of the “no virus” doctrine
This article was written as a rebuttal to a piece by German journalist Torsten Engelbrecht, which in turn was a reply to my own piece (co-authored with Sucharit Bhakdi), which also had appeared here on Substack. Engelbrecht’s arguments were a subset of the familiar no-virus narrative; therefore, this reply may be of interest to others.
This will be my last post on this particular topic — life is too short for going down this blind alley any further.

Can the WHO and the United Nations impose sanctions on your sovereign country for non-compliance?
By: SHABNAM PALESA MOHAMED
Source: shabnampalesamo.substack.com
Sanctions are a powerful instrument of political control and economic profit.
One of the rare but critical topics relevant to the international campaign to #ExitTheWHO is whether the World Health Organisation and the United Nations can impose, influence or recommend specific sanctions.
The sanctions could be implemented against countries that choose to not comply or cannot comply with International Health Regulations, the proposed new pandemic treaty, or other legislative attempts that curtail rights, freedom and sovereignty.

Students Against Mandates | Kamil Bachouchi — Wilfrid Laurier student calls out mask mandates
Kamil Bachouchi is a fourth year philosophy student at Wilfrid Laurier University who recently posted a rather creative tweet that highlighted the absurdity of his university’s mask mandate. This tweet went viral.
During our conversation, Kamil shared what being a student at Wilfrid Laurier has been like over the past two and a half years, in particular the challenges faced by students who were unwilling to disclose their Covid-19 vaccine status to the university.
He walks us through the current social climate at the university and what treatment students are currently subjected to as a result of the schools masking policy. Kamil’s blatant honesty, a courageous act these days, has had a profound effect on other students – encouraging them to use their voices to stand up for their innate human rights.

On hospital and nursing home death protocols
By Katherine Watt
Source: bailiwicknews.substack.com
A reader at Hana’s Substack suggested that health care workers would not have and do not commit intentional acts to harm patients, because they would have been and are concerned about losing their medical licenses.
My reply, expanded:
The HCWs licenses were and are on the line only to the extent they refused/refuse the orders to follow the death protocols, because the death protocols were and are covered by the PREP Act declarations, and the only liability vulnerability a HCW faces, during active PREP Act declarations, is not following the protocols.
It’s an industrialized medical euthanasia program, and it’s not at all difficult to carry out once the legal frameworks and financial incentives — for HCWs to keep their jobs, and for hospitals and nursing homes to keep their CMS [US Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services] reimbursements flowing — are in place…

CDC Was NOT in Charge of Covid Communications. The National Security Council Was.
By: Debbie Lerman
debbielerman.substack.com
Why couldn’t Bob Redfield say he opposed lockdowns and school closures when he was head of CDC? Because all communications had to go through the NSC.
A few days ago, Dr. Robert Redfield, who headed the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) during the first year of Covid, said in an interview that vaccine mandates were a bad idea and that lockdowns and school closures were government overreach. He said the virus came from a US-funded lab in Wuhan. He said Anthony Fauci made mistakes and was not transparent enough with the public.
Hopefully, Redfield’s admissions and critiques will open up discussion in wider circles about these important aspects of the Covid response.
Even if that happens, however, many people who have been censored and punished for making similar claims in the past 3-4 years are asking: Why didn’t Redfield oppose what he claims are terrible policies when they were being implemented and while he was a in leading public health role?
