Dear Community,

We would like to share an update on our journey to build Singularity Finance (SFI) as the financial layer of the AI economy. Your trust and participation remain at the heart of our mission.

After thorough analysis and in order to sustain our momentum in development and product delivery, we propose moving forward with the integration of SingularityDAO (SDAO) and Cogito Finance (CGV) as the first phase of our ecosystem’s expansion.

At this time, the inclusion of SelfKey (KEY) will remain under careful consideration. While we acknowledge its potential benefits, we are actively evaluating the associated risks to ensure alignment with our broader vision for SFI. Rest assured, we remain open to revisiting SelfKey’s role as we refine our strategy with the community’s best interests as our guiding principle.

To advance this approach, we are pleased to announce that a governance vote will begin on Monday, 9 December 2024. This vote is a critical step for the community to collectively decide on two key matters:
1. Approval of the continued merger of SDAO and CGV without SelfKey at this stage.
2. Approval of the updated tokenomics, which will provide a transparent economic framework for the unified SFI ecosystem.

swap ratios:
SDAO will convert to SFI at a ratio of 1:1 (1 SDAO = 1 SFI)
CGV will convert to SFI at a ratio of 1:0.14122 (1 CGV = 0.14122 SFI)
*The pricing is based on the 200 days moving average of each token in the period up to 26th November 2024.

Vote Result Announcement: 14th December 2024
