The Hizbiyyun say that it’s permissible to split and divide into groups because Allah, The Exalted said: «Verily, it is the Party of Allah that will be the successful.»?

Shaykh Muqbil Bin Hadi Al Wadi’i (رحمه الله) said:

“(Meaning) The party of Allah. It’s obligatory that the Muslims be one single group. You have the Shia and Sufiyyah, (and from them is this and that group). Is this part of the religion of Islam? All of the Muslims, whether Arab or non Arab, white or black, it is a must that they be one single group/ party. As for the Muslims separating, weakening their forces, and the enemies of Islam being happy about this, then this is a Hizbiyyah which the enemies of Islam have planted amongst us.”
