Aches and pains in new places, sleep patterns changing and other things happening. Ascension really is here. You can feel and see the changes now happening at a deep level. When human hair grows it is slow to notice over time. The changes are usually noticeable after it gets to your waist for example. Now with the acceleration the length of hair is noticeable after just one week or month. That is also a celebration of how far you have come in being able to read and feel energy and see the changes. It is undeniable now the light that is hitting this planet, and yet it is STILL speeding up. By the beginning of the second Quarter of next year the dust will start to settling, however the really crazy part is now happening. The changes will be eye wateringly fast until November. Remember, every rollercoaster ride eventually comes back into the port and you get off at which point usually the rider says, OMG, that was scary, but looking back, I want to do it again ??? Turned my phone on a few minutes ago to get an array of messages from people saying, am I dying? Am I having a heart attack, why the shooting pains in my chest?

MASSIVE codes came in unseen by NOAA and other science based organisations that have been quite profound for many over the last 48 hours. including for myself. You are going to be okay, events over the last 48 hours have been very intense. Just breath through it. If you don't know how to go into your heart meridian then do simple things that open up your heart meridian up like music, love, a movie, person place of thing. This is the most basic way of opening that meridian so energy can come out. Letting the energy out is all that needs to do as it come through your physical template. There are much more complicated ways of working through it but I know it does cause panic for some. Not to much longer now. By end of 1st Quarter of next year things will begin to slowly settle.

Are you beginning to notice the time dilation? This will be freqency based on the induvidual, but the faster the dilation that is noticable to you - the longer you are going to live providing you take care of the physical body. Your speeding up atomically. About 200 years from now the average earth age will have moved on well into the mid and late 100s intead of 80-100 years old. There's another wave of energy on route betwean Wednesday and Thursday. Again moderate, that said, some people really felt the last one Saturday afternoon.

An already existing sun spot that gave us some very large eruptions is becoming active again and will give another ( moderate ) wave of energy sometime between friday and Saturday.
