Every Tuesday and Thursday morning 10:30AM-12PM. There's a shower available.

If you are pregnant ?? in 1st, 2nd or 3rd trimester, our class is highly recommended for you.

Grow in ??strength & flexibility. The best preparation for and recovery from child birth delivery.

Bring your baby? ??Your child is welcome to hang out with us too ??

Pregnant Women, New Moms and Families, we had a great time at our last event and we are now excited to bring it back! Please join us next Saturday(27/4/24) for our 2nd monthly Maternal walk at Friendship Park .

We'll meet at 9am , at Moyee Cafè, share a beverage, then be guided through a mindful walk.

When we've completed the walk you can participate in one of our two facilitated circles. This month's topics are: Breastfeeding and Parenting Challenges .
