Some time ago I read someone's post in Facebook about how to write emails. And after that I came up with the next checklist.

? Attach all the files
? Write the text
? Fill in cc and bcc when needed
? Fill in to
? Send the email
? Confirm sending the email

While replying I don't erase recipients but I follow the same checklist.

Bumped into a nice article about the way how work in teams is structured in Basecamp.

I really liked the fact that teams assemble ad-hoc. This way people will get all the best techniques from other teams and there will be no need to somehow "exchange experience" ?

However, I would rather make it not 6 weeks but 4. But I think it depends too ?
