The IStoks exchange will relaunch BITEXBOOK

Today marks a significant day for all of us. We have taken a strategically important step in the development of the Bitexbook project. To ensure the platform's continued operation, a mutual agreement was signed to relaunch the Bitexbook project in collaboration with the cryptocurrency exchange ISTOKS.

К сожалению, история, которая началась в 2017 году, сегодня подошла к концу. Мы вынуждены сообщить о принятии сложного, но окончательного решения о закрытии проекта BITEXBOOK. На протяжении 7 лет мы искали варианты найти нишу для успешного развития проекта, но что-то всегда шло не так. И в этом исключительно наша вина, мы это признаем. Поэтому последние 2-3 года мы еще пытались что-то придумать или исправить, но видимо просто это не наш проект, развитие которого мы не понимаем как правильно осуществлять. Поэтому нет смысла продолжать тратить деньги на содержание имеющейся инфраструктуры.

Исходя из всего вышесказанного мы приняли следующие решения:

1. До 31 декабря 2024 года работа крипто-нод осуществляется в штатном режиме.

2. Однако с 4 ноября 2024 года мы отключаем генерацию новых адресов и депозитов. Все депозиты, которые будут отправлены до 31.12.2024 года по старым адресам, будут зачислены на баланс пользователя.

?Но мы УБЕДИТЕЛЬНО ПРОСИМ воздержаться от осуществления новых депозитов на нашу площадку.

1. С 1 января 2025 года мы полностью отключаем все крипто-ноды. Все депозиты после 1 января будут УТЕРЯНЫ.

2. С 1 января 2025 мы также отключаем всякие торги на площадке: все выставленные ордера будут отменены.

3. После 1 января 2025 года на площадке останется только возможность авторизоваться и оформить заявку на снятие.

4. Весь 2025 год мы будем принимать заявки на выплату оставшихся балансов. При этом выплаты будут осуществляться по мере восполнения остатков на балансах биржи за счет личного финансирования администрации площадки. Мы понимаем, что этот процесс может растянуться, однако мы гарантируем осуществить все выплаты по имеющимся обязательствам. Никакой истории на подобии BitFlip'a не будет.

5. По мере завершения исполнения обязательств мы будем отключать возможность оформить заявку на снятие.

Это тот план, который мы для себя выработали, для мягкого закрытия проекта. В случае изменения каких-то сроков - мы дополнительно уведомим.
