German Government selling up to $175M BTC. ?

In the past 2 hours, the German Government has moved 1300 BTC ($76M) to exchange deposits at Kraken, Bitstamp, and Coinbase.

They have also moved 1700 BTC ($99M) to address 139Po. These funds are likely to move to a deposit for an institutional service or OTC.

Crypto exchange Coinbase filed two lawsuits against the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for not complying with Freedom of Information Act requests and has asked a court to force those agencies to comply. ?
The crypto exchange accused federal financial regulators of trying to cut off the crypto industry from the banking sector in the complaints.

LayerZero is introducing a new claiming mechanism called Proof-of-Donation, which will result in around $18.5 million donated to Protocol Guild, a collective funding mechanism for Ethereum developers. ?

How much can you make in a bull market? ?

A Case Study with October 23 - March 24 Rally.

On average (median), the current top 1000 assets by market cap did a 2.7x during that period.

If we look at what percentage of the projects did >10x, or >100x, etc, we can notice that 81% did less than 5x during that period. Only around 7% of alts did >10x and only 1.3% did >50x.

Narratives matter a lot. We initially mentioned 2.7x returns on average but the average (median) return for example for AI projects was 8x.

It seems ~$10m mc is a good number for huge upside potentials, some examples:

- $OM went from $12m to $850m, 71x (RWA)
- $AIOZ went from $11m to $1.1b, 100x (AI)
- $BONK went from $8m to $2.7n, 340x (memecoin)
