As I’m sure you are aware, I have been quiet on telegram and other social media platforms, especially with regards to truth posts.
Don’t worry… I haven’t been silenced, I decided at the beginning of the year, after going through a traumatic time, that I would prefer to focus on helping people with holistic health and well-being…. God knows, it’s needed right now.

I am still very aware of world events but trying not to be consumed by them, instead, playing my part by supporting those who need it to return to health…. Because in a world where great profit is made from those who are sick and dependent on drugs, helping others achieve health and healing is, in itself, a form of activism.

Data includes Weeks 1 to 31 (up to and including the week ending 4th August 2023) and is produced by the ONS**Table shows what the ONS defines as "excess deaths" i.e. almost 24,000 "excess deaths" (7% increase) registered in 2023 over and above the 5 year average.

**Overwhelmingly more of these "excess deaths"are occurring at home but deaths in every setting are higher; despite the 5 year average including "the pandemic".
