Some people believe that it is better to language students in small classes. Other think the number of students in the class doesn’t matter.
There are a number of methods that schools can employ to improve teaching. Some think grouping students in smaller classes is a better approach, while others believe the size of the class is less important. I admit that size is not the key factor in determining which classes can succeed; however, I believe that if the members of the class are limited, schools can reap more benefits.
Certainly, students can learn effectively in any class if they genuinely want to. One of the most important and common features among successful students is their determination and hard work, not the size of the class they study in. If the number of students hinders someone from asking questions to elaborate on the subject, they can stay after class and approach teachers individually to receive answers, or they can do self-study by researching extensively online and using library resources. If class size were a game-changing factor, those who studied in under-resourced public schools, which typically have 35-40 students per class, would not have become successful individuals. A notable example is Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev, the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan, who rose to success despite such conditions.
That said, I think if schools consider keeping the number of students small, they can achieve better results. Primarily, because teachers can not only effectively deliver lessons but also ensure the classroom is quiet and well-managed. Practically, it is nearly impossible to control 30 or more students at a time. One of the main distractions for even intelligent students during class is a chaotic and unmanaged atmosphere, resulting from a lack of control and an excessive number of students. When teachers ignore this and keep teaching on a "learn if you want" basis, the victims are often prospective students who could otherwise thrive.
In addition, the fewer the members, the more interaction there can be during the class. Teachers may be able to allocate time for each student to discuss the subject thoroughly and ensure they all receive a quality education. In these smaller classes, teachers can even engage introverted students in classroom discussions, thereby improving the overall performance of the class.
In conclusion, while it is evident that determined and hardworking students can succeed in any class size, there are significant advantages to smaller classes. Smaller class sizes enable teachers to manage the classroom more effectively, foster a quieter and more conducive learning environment, and provide more individualized attention to each student.

MARCH 7 EXAM
📝 TASK 2: Most employers nowadays put increasing emphasis on social skills. Some people believe that social skills are important in addition to good qualification for job success.
To what extent do you agree or disagree
**There are many factors contributing to success in a career. I absolutely agree that good qualification is not enough- understanding human physiology and dealing with people in a professional manner are also vital for a prosperous job.
Supporting the claim that sole acquiring better qualification can guarantee a decent job, may be understandable in certain cases. Most schools do not teach thoroughly about social skills and its value. Still, those who had studied top universities and earned best qualification, found themselves eligible for specific jobs. For example, IT specialists, who rarely learn interpersonal skills but are extremely well at computer and its language, are making a good living.
However, job success is beyond having just a good diploma. Also, this is exactly one of the main reasons why most qualified and professional employees cannot live above the average level. Thousands of students graduate top universities every year, yet those who are extremely successful at their job and making millions are still few in comparison.
One of the reasons why people cannot do well in their job is because they fail to communicate or understand others, and react accordingly. For instance, common way of handling frustrated client or colleague is responding them in the same attitude. Regardless of the qualification, they either end up losing clients or increasing opponent. Considering opposite reaction, result would be at their advantage. A good example is Rockefeller, who won the strikers back in early 1900s by communicating with them in a friendly manner and saved his multi-million company from collapse. If he had not used his skillful social skills to settle the riots, he would have not only lost millions but also ended his company. Therefore, many employers consider social skills as an important part of their job requirements
In conclusion, even though there are differing views, i think career success extends beyond academic qualifications, encompassing essential interpersonal skills crucial for professional prosperity.**
