Photo: excerpt from ISGP’s translation of the 1994 ATLAS dossier. Interesting coincidence I would like to note, this document was specifically dated November 21, 1994.

Meanwhile in Russia, about 7 days later, the FSK made its first attempt “to stir up anti-Chechen feeling by committing an act of terrorism and laying the blame on Chechen separatists”. An explosion took place “on a railroad track crossing the river Yauza in Moscow. According to experts, it was caused by two powerful charges of approximately 1.5 kilograms of TNT… It was quite clear, however, that the explosion had occurred prematurely, before the next train was due to cross the bridge. The shattered fragments of the bomber’s body were discovered about one hundred meters from the site of the explosion. He was Captain Andrei Schelenkov, an employee of the oil company Lanako. “Lanako’s boss … Maxim Lazovsky, a highly valued agent of the Moscow Region Department of the FSB, who was known in criminal circles by the nicknames of “Max” and “Cripple.”

Perhaps it would be worth noting that the “cheque-to-cheque” case was opened in 1994, in the Torre Annunziata office of Alfredo Ormanni in Italy. The case dealt with an alleged and gigantic criminal organization dedicated to the trafficking of weapons, radioactive material, gold and credit securities, as well as to widespread money laundering operations at an international level. (https://isgp-studies.com/misc/death_list/articles/1995_07_Mario_Ferraro)

Also in 1994 a dossier was made in Belgium titled ‘ATLAS’ which dealt with a ‘nebula’ involved in international trafficking of diamonds, arms, narcotics and nuclear material as well as having political influence and the capability to launder large amounts of money. (https://isgp-studies.com/belgium-la-nebuleuse-atlas-dossier-and-dutroux-x-files)

Both these reports interestingly involved specific Russian mafia ties, but also Vatican/Catholic links as well. Undoubtedly some Zionist connections could be found in both cases, especially in the case of the Nebula

Eventually I plan on covering these cases in more detail, and in particular plan to place it in context of the 2000 Russian child snuff film scandal. Details about this case can be found in ISGP’s ‘Beyond Dutroux’ article.

In regard to the Russian connection, I aim to also look for any potential links to the 1999 Russian apartment bombings and Russian interference in US and European elections of 2016.

Bottom of page: Cees van den …

Bottom of page: Cees van den Heuvel can be found on the Permanent Delegation of the AESP by the late 1970s. He was Director of Interdoc, International Documentation and Information Center, which was based out of the Netherlands. Founded on 1963 its role, according to Beatrice de Graaf, “was to establishing training facilities for aspiring individuals who would then form a kind of anti-communist intellectual vangaurd within each nation’s body politic.”
According to Giles Scott-Smith, “Interdoc also had a covert action side, using “dirty tricks” and sometimes direct action to disrupt communist front organizations. The origins and activities of Interdoc therefore fit the claim that the Cold War was primarily and ideological struggle - a battle of ideas.”

Interesting note on 2000 Russian pedo-snuff scandal and the alleged black network investigated by Mario Ferraro (d. 1996 by suicide), both brought out by Torre Annuziata prosecutor Alfredo Ormanni, who later came under trouble for alleged questionable investigative practices:

Karl Friederich Grau, a strange man from Germany with a rather bizarre death in 1984. He was a member of the AESP’s Study Commission throughout the 1970s, alongside Henry Wynants and many others. He would be joined later in the ‘70s here by Baron de Bonvoisin, Ernest Tottosy and others.

Read some info about here: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karl_Friedrich_Grau
