حركية الدواء هي تتضمن كل أسس حركية الدواء من معدل امتصاص الدواء و  تركيز الدواء في البلازما  و حجم توزيع الدواء في الدم والأنسجة و معدل اخراج وتصفية الدواء من الدم إلى خارج الجسم ونصف عمر الدواء في الدم والمساحة المحددة لعلاقة التركيز بالزمن لبقاء الدواء أو توافر الدواء في الدم و مكان الفعالية
فحركية الدواء  من المفاهيم المهمة في معرفة وصف و طرق استخدام الأدوية.والتداخلات الدوائية المختلفة..

بينما ديناميكية الدواء هي تتضمن ارتباط الدواء بمكان الفعالية وانواع ٱلية الفعالية المختلفة على المستقبلات ومنها يتم تقييم الدواء فعال أو غير فعال  وديناميكية الدواء  تعتمد على حركية الدواء  وان تداخلات الأدوية الديناميكية تكون نتيجة أخطاء في وصف الادوية و الوصفات الطبية وإذا اجتمع تداخلات الادوية في الحركية والديناميكية  كان ذلك بسبب خطاء اكبر في وصف الادوية و الوصفات الطبية وفشل المعالجة.
