✅ People should be made aware of the benefits of population control.
✅ Government should open more training centres for vocational education.
✅ Government should try for rapid industrialization in under-industrialized regions of the country and create more opportunities for employment.
✅ The village and cottage industry should be developed.
✅ Rural people should be taught better methods of agriculture. This can be done by implementing better irrigation methods, high quality seeds, etc.
✅ Both organized and un-organized sectors must adopt labour-intensive technology if sufficient employment opportunities are to be generated in both rural and urban sectors of economy.
✅ For solving unemployment problem in the urban areas, the organized industrial sector must
absorb a sufficient number of workers.
✅ Expansion of education and health care not only promotes accumulation of human capital and thereby contributes to growth of output, it will also generate a good deal of employment opportunities.
✅ Self-employment schemes for the unemployed youth have to be launched to enable them to start their own business.
