From 5.5 to 6.5 in Speaking!
Sardorbek was truly certain that he deserved minimum 6.5 or even 7 in Speaking. But he was extremely disappointed to receive 5.5 in his recent Speaking test!
He decided to apply for a remark risking 1,450,000 UZS but he was right and his score has been changed today! He should soon be getting a refund.
You see, the examiners also make mistakes!

Traffic in Andijan was terrible today. It was the worst traffic I had ever seen in this city!
It wasn't only in the downtown, but throughout the whole city (main roads). I think it's time for the local government to make some improvements in the city infrastructure. Esp, the bridge they seem to be building but never ending that is supposed to connect the two parts of Boburshokh street.
By the way, how about other cities? Any Traffic issues in your area?
