VO: Hi, she was smiling and asked Are you applying for work and travel program again this year?
Me: Yes I am, it will be my third time i really liked spending my summer in US

VO: Are going to work in same job?
Me: Of course ma’am, they are providing great activities to exchange student in that reason i chose this job again this year!
VO:Started to look through my passport! Then asked your financial sponsor is your father?
Me: Yes, i gave her full information about my father’s job!

VO: When you will graduate your bachelors degree?
Me: Next year in 2025!
VO: What you will do after graduation?
Me: I want to continue my study on Master degree in USA

Smiled and said i am approving your visa come on Friday!

I was expecting that she will ask lots of questions but not interview was nearly 2-3 minutes mostly she spent her time to look through my passport! Be confident and Also pray!

Me: explained where i will work state and responsibilities

VO: Have you been in America
Me: No I have never been in America

VO: Do you have relatives there
Me: no i dont have any relative in US
Interview was continued 2 minutes. I kept smiling during inteview . she didnt even look at me After questions she typed something and thought 1 second ? and said Sorry this time I can’t approve your Visa

Consular was girl with glasses , she listened all my answers attentionly . she took my Passport only and didnt ask my other documents

Me: Yes, I am applying for W&T program, I have successfully participated in this program last year in 2023 season (told about experience and benefits), than I have decided to spend my Summer in US one more time…

VO: Was there other Uzbek students with you last year? (asking about my previous year lived/worked city)
Me: Yes, there were 2 other uzbek students with me, we worked together

VO: And they Overstayed there? cut my speech (Asking little bit nervously)
Me: No Sir, They have came back, they are continuing their studies here, I know them well they study at my uni

VO: What was your father’s Job? (I think he was reading my last year answers)
Me: I told about my father’s job same as last year, explained everything

Interview was very quick, maximum 1 minute, I was confident and smiling. After 2-3 questions he thinked little bit 5-10 seconds and Sorry this time I can’t approve your Visa

Consular was Michael, he saw my Passport history and last year Visa too, But he didn’t want to approve my Visa.
Just crazy, I don’t know the reason

And Today I entered embassy again, my Interviewer was women with glasses,
She was kind, listened my answers till the end, typing pc, looking my eyes
Gave me 4-5 questions
About my Job offer, asked about last year Job, My travel history Countries and after 2-3 minutes she was looking my DS2019 on her hand and I felt that she wanted Approve and looking again her PC reading,
Sorry, I cant give you Visa (think reject affected)

Conclusion, last time i was not satisfied Michaels decision, thats why today I wanted try again, But as you see it didn’t work after rejection even I got Visa last year.
✖️Don’t apply j1 visa again, after reject in Tashkent.
✖️Don’t go for Michael idiot, he is not giving Visa anyone, ruined my good travel history too
