This week the Polygon blockchain is migrating their main gas token MATIC to a new ticker called POL, thus we are preparing to update all our services to change the MATIC-PERP market symbol to POL-PERP.

For this purpose, tomorrow Thursday September 5th from 11 am to 12 pm UTC we will be undergoing a scheduled maintenance on our servers. During this period the exchange will remain active so core flows like deposits and withdrawals are not affected, but we recommend to take the necessary precautions as there will be low liquidity in some of our books, so you may not be able to open/close trades at this time. You can expect all of our services to be back to normal after 12 pm UTC.

Additionally, you'll probably see lower liquidity in the MATIC-PERP market today and tomorrow in the hours leading to the migration, as our market makers will also need to make the necessary adjustments on their side.

Finally (only for API traders), if you're trading in this market using our API you will need to change the MATIC-PERP symbol to POL-PERP in any request you're sending, as well as update the logic on your responses to start receiving POL-PERP instead of MATIC-PERP.
