The Stag & Unicorn
In paganism, the stag and unicorn are powerful symbols with spiritual significance. The stag represents strength, virility, and the cycle of life and death, embodying the wild and natural world. The unicorn, on the other hand, symbolises purity, magic, and spiritual enlightenment.
Together, they reflect the balance between the earthly and the spiritual, highlighting the harmony between nature and mystical forces in pagan tradition.
Regarding Ads:
It has come to our attention that Telegram has begun placing ads on our Telegram channels.
This feature was rolled out across all of Telegram; unfortunately creators cannot control the ads placed on our channels at the moment.
In fact, our team does not even see the ads on our own channel! Only our audience does.
As such: we do not endorse or recommend any of the ads which you may see. They might include language such as "We (or I) recommend”
This is untrue, and a feature of Telegram's poorly implemented ad strategy.
Thank you for your understanding.

The European Aesthetics and People channel would like to recognize the greatest of all Irish philosophers, Bishop Berkeley, whom is considered one of the greatest philosophers of the modern era of Western philosophy.
Esse est percipi
“To be is to be perceived.”
His most famous question has become popular throughout the centuries… “If a tree falls in the forest, and no one’s there to hear it, does it make a sound?”

π
[Portrait of William Jones (1740) by William Hogarth]
William Jones was the first to realize pi was an irrational, non-repeating number, and while it could be continually refined and expressed as a decimal, it was infinite and would never have an ultimate conclusion.
He later became the editor and publisher of many of Newton's manuscripts, and built up an extraordinary library that was one of the greatest collections of books on science and mathematics ever known.
