Ms. Xu Guilian (56) was a community janitor in Dalian City, Liaoning Province. She was recently sentenced to 3 years at Liaoning Province Women’s Prison for her faith in Falun Gong.

On Oct. 27, three Guangdong Province teachers were sentenced for practicing Falun Gong.

Mr. Zhao, Mr. Chen, and Mr. Lian were among 6 arrested Falun Gong practitioners in a raid of Mr. Zhao's private homeschool. The other three were released after 37 days.

Mr. Zhao was sentenced to seven years in prison and fined 500,000 yuan. Mr. Chen and Mr. Lian were each given four years with a 20,000-yuan fine.

On Wednesday, former Chinese Communist Party (CCP) dictator Jiang Zemin died in Shanghai.

Among all his actions when in power, Jiang must, first and foremost, be remembered for his launch of a brutal campaign to eradicate Falun Gong, a traditional Buddhist-based practice from China that espouses truthfulness, compassion, and tolerance.

Under Jiang’s command, CCP officials detained millions of Falun Gong practitioners and sanctioned the systematic use of violence and torture against them to pressure them to recant their faith or punish them for exposing human rights violations.

Former CCP dictator Jiang Zemin who personally ordered the mass persecution campaign of imprisonment, torture, and killing of 100 million people who practice Falun Gong has died. His tragic legacy of atrocities continues to this day.
