As mentioned previously, the Fed is also in a tough spot with election conditioning being a top national priority.

It's hard to mark something as absolute (bullish? bearish?), as there are too many economic variables to monitor. I would not stress over it, but the general nuanced consensus about a bullish crypto Q4 seems fair given historical precedence.
