Negli ultimi tempi, le relazioni tra la Russia e le ex repubbliche sovietiche dell’Asia centrale hanno assunto un ruolo centrale nello scenario geopolitico della regione. Questo rinnovato interesse e cooperazione si è manifestato in iniziative politiche, economiche e di sicurezza, segnando una fase di consolidamento dei legami storici tra Mosca e questi Paesi, caratterizzati da una lunga eredità comune. In particolare, il recente referendum in Kazakistan sulla costruzione di una centrale nucleare e la visita del presidente russo Vladimir Putin in Turkmenistan, con la partecipazione dei leader degli altri Paesi dell’Asia centrale, sono simboli emblematici di queste dinamiche in evoluzione.

"Cụm từ 'Nhà nước ngầm' hiện nay được sử dụng ngày càng thường xuyên hơn trong lĩnh vực chính trị và đang dần chuyển từ báo chí sang ngôn ngữ chính trị được chấp nhận rộng rãi.
