⚡️We are excited to announce the beginning of the selection process for the Vis Moot 2024. This process will consist of three key steps, each carefully designed to assess your skills and commitment. Below is a detailed outline of each stage:

Step 1: Writing and Submitting a Memorandum
After completing the participation form (linked below), students will be assigned to a group representing either the Respondent (Procedure/Merits) or the Claimant (Procedure/Merits).
Your first task is to draft and submit a memorandum on the attached case, arguing from the perspective of your assigned role.

Step 2: Oral Pleading
Upon successful submission of your memorandum, you will proceed to the oral pleading stage. During this phase, you will have 7 minutes to present your arguments, followed by 1 minute for rebuttals.

Step 3: Final Interview
The final stage involves an interview, which will be conducted with students who successfully complete the first two stages. Invitations for the interviews will be sent out after the oral pleadings.
