Changes in data storage and processing costs for unlimited plans - 12:12 20/02/2024

Dear clients!

Starting from March 1, 2024 the cost of storing and processing data for unlimited plans will change. Now the cost of data processing will be 20 kopecks for each new order with 0 commission, the status of the order is not taken into account.

Some of our clients generate millions of orders per year, consuming huge amounts of server resources. At the same time, the cost of server hardware increases every year. So we move to a pay-per-use model for the resources you actually use. We do not include any additional fees. If there are no orders or the sum of used resources is less than 600 rub/month, the minimum amount of 600 rub/month for data storage is taken.

This approach is fairer than a single fixed cost for all clients regardless of resource usage. Most clients will see a reduction in their annual service costs.

This change will not affect clients on a percentage plan.

Change in Unlimited Pricing and Turnover Threshold - 10:57 02/02/2024

The adjustment of the current prices is scheduled for March 1, 2024. The cost of unlimited licenses and the turnover threshold that affects the reduction of the commission percentage will be adjusted based on the official inflation rate in your country.

Improving the technical stability of services - 18:13 31/01/2024

Dear customers!

We would like to apologize again for the disruptions in our system caused by recent DDoS attacks during the following periods:

- December 29, 2023, from 18:00 to 20:00,
- January 12, 2024, from 18:00 to 20:30,
- January 13, 2024, from 17:00 to 21:00.

Since then, we have made significant efforts to improve the stability and security of our services.

1. We identified vulnerabilities that were being exploited by malicious actors during the DDoS attacks, which acted as bottlenecks under heavy load. We have been working to address these issues.
2. Additionally, we have tripled the capacity of our server cluster.
3. We have decided to archive data older than 2 years, making them still available for download in CSV exports but no longer visible in the CRM interface.

Data Update for Google Play - 21:24 29/01/2024

Dear clients!

Due to Google's requirement to transition the app protection system from SafetyNet protocol to Play Integrity protocol, all FoodSoul clients who have transferred apps to their accounts must update the following account information in the FoodSoul system: login, password, access key. Alternatively, you can transfer the apps back to our accounts so that we can update the applications and maintain their functionality.

For all other clients publishing apps on FoodSoul accounts, no action is required. We will take care of everything necessary.
