What would happen if Aizawa looked at AFO?

He has quirk that double his lifespan and is over 120 years old. Pretty sure some quirks are needed in order to keep his body up and running. Wouldn't he just shrivel into powerless skeleton and knocked out by weak wind? And even if Aizawa stopped applying his quirk he wouldn't get back to normal quickly or he would?

From when he helps kill AFO for good to when he he gives Deku his final words, notice his hair actually gets SHORTER. It goes long like how it was with his physical body to what it was like BEFORE the fight with Star and Stripes.

I haven't seen many talk about tis or what it might mean but I've seen some say it represents he's becoming like how he was BEFORE he got AFO and everything. He's like how he was when he was still JUST the leader of the League and most specifically, Spinner's best friend.

But I'm not sure. Am I seeing things wrong and looking too deep or am I right and if so which Shigaraki did he become
