hi guys! i have received some queries on tellonym about cash deposit!
here’s a more detailed example since i may not have time to go to the bank and film since it’s eoy season?

1. go to a posb/dbs branch, not atm machine

2. look for the signs above each machine at the branch to see which ones accept cash deposit— some only accept $10/$50 notes so if you want to deposit smaller notes look out for the accepted notes at the sign above as well!

3. at the atm, press the screen and press cash deposit

4. press my account type and key in my bank number

5. the atm will prompt you to key in your phone number and IC number for their record

6. deposit the notes into the slot and check after to make sure you have deposited the right amount

7. you’re done! do collect the receipt after and sent it to me for transaction proof ?
