What is crDroid custom?
It is a crDroid fork with a few changes and improvements done on crDroid source.

Things to know while using crDroid custom

- Whenever google kills integrity, the attestation service will update the fingerprint itself as soon as we update it from our end.

- Do not flash any play integrity modules if you are rooted. Just add google services and play store in denylist to pass integrity.

- Use thermal profiles available in the battery settings before crying about lag in games.

- No OTA will be provided for this rom as we don't have time to manage it.

What is crDroid custom?

It is a crDroid fork with a few changes and improvements. The changes that are done over crDroid are mentioned below :-

Notice

We’ve made few changes to enhance system stability, including removing Quickswitch (including Pixel launcher) and Floating Windows due to stability issues. This update will require a clean flash. Additionally, we’re rebranding from PixelUI to AresOS. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Removing quickswitch will enable the ability to use other custom launchers like Nothing launcher, lawnchair etc. Those who want pixel launcher can also use pixel launcher modules available.

Clean flash is required because with dirty flash and removal of quickswitch both launchers die.
