« Considering a preëminence of the power of the ru favourably — embodied by the Ru Academy, the House of the Ru, and led by the Great Ru — as a reintegration of the long-lost coherence of the divine-religious and the political fields in the hands of the wisemen, I agree with Jiang and Bell’s assertion that Ruism and Ruist constitutionalism pose an efficacious alternative to the decadent and monolithically partial (i.e. totalising a maimed legitimacy) forms of government which have come to dominate contemporary global politics, namely the democracies of the formless masses (horizontal fidgeting of ever-wrangling demons) and the Islamic theocracies (absolute rule of an abstract idea of God).

Ruism, or Eurasian Universism, Ruist constitutionalism, and the ru itself, a complex concept of the noöcrat as an “institutionalised shaman” or “scholar”, as a representative of the Yellow Deity, of the Logos as Dasein, holder and unifier of the “science of the serpent” and of the “craft of the eagle”, of the great time of Heaven and human reason which articulates itself worlding space, may be integrated with Aleksandr Dugin’s Fourth Political Theory, providing the mazeway for the construction of a broader Eurasian religio-political entity, or great multipolar empire, comprehending local potentates, all organised according to the threefold system of cosmotheanthropism, as tricameralism.

The House of the Ru might be rendered on the broader Eurasian level as the “House of the Noöcrats”, the utmost institution of the empire of Eurasia, overseeing all the houses exerting the noöcratic function localised in the various lesser potentates; otherwise, it might be translated as the “House of the Philosophers”, recovering the original comprehensive meaning of the Hellenic concept of philósophos (φιλόσοφος). »
