Say “No”.

When trusted with responsibility, fulfill it properly or don’t take it if you are not sure you can do it.

That’s the reason saying “No” is a good thing when you think you can’t do the thing you’re being asked to do.

Another reason why you should say “No” is when those other things distract you from your main objective.
