Well, folks, the countdown for Bitcoin's fifth cycle has begun. Previous four halvings were accompanied by Bitcoin's rise and historical highs. This makes sense: a reduction in supply with constantly increasing demand always leads to a rise in value. For example, today after the halving, the withdrawal fee has increased to $300-400 per transaction, indicating that the network is heavily congested.
