Dr. Kiril Chukanov generated and maintained stable ball lightning plasmoids through his "Angelina IV" prototype.

The process involves taking a gas at initial pressure below atmospheric levels and treating it with RF energy above 1 MHz frequency to create a glow discharge state. By increasing pressure while maintaining RF energy, the gas transitions to a new high-temperature state that can be maintained for extended periods. This new state exhibits properties similar to naturally occurring ball lightning, including stability, luminosity, and significant energy potential.

The patent describes a method for transitioning substances to new energy states using RF energy, with the gas pressure starting at around 10^-1 mbar and increasing to 20-100 mbar while maintaining RF excitation at frequencies above 1 MHz The resulting plasmoid formation contains a positively charged nucleus with a distinct boundary surrounded by an electron cloud containing quantum electrons in excited states. This creates a double electron barrier between the nucleus and container walls, allowing the stable containment and potential extraction of high-energy "photons".
