Hey folks! I have some really …

Hey folks! I have some really good news.

Sam met with his probation team today and the visit restrictions for our children have now been lifted. We passed the assessment with Children’s Services who have recommended full contact, and couldn’t highlight any issues. We can now book in a visit for Sam to see his girls this weekend, which will be the first time he’s seen them in nearly two months. The PPRC (person posing risk to children) tag has been completely removed from Sam’s file.

Once again I’d like to thank everybody who wrote to the prison, getting the initial restrictions lifted and moving things along. It means so much to our family that this chapter is now over.

Additionally, we were supposed to find out Sam’s licence conditions (rules he has to follow when released) today but they still haven’t decided. I genuinely don’t think they know what to do with him as he’s a non-violent criminal in prison for his thoughts. We’ll have to wait a little longer to get more info on this.

🤍 Thank you all so much 🤍

I’ve just received a call from Sam Melia in HMP Hull. His Probation Officer has just informed him that they’ve been “inundated” with letters and emails complaining about Sam not being able to have any contact with his children. As a result, they‘ve decided to remove all but one of the restrictions. This means that Sam can now:

- Receive photographs of his children
- Receive letters from his children
- Talk to his children on the phone
- Talk about his children

He is still unable to receive visits from his children, however HMP Hull have advised they only haven’t removed this because they legally aren’t allowed to as an assessment has already started to take place. This means the assessment is already moving forward so hopefully the final restriction will be lifted very soon too, all being well.

This goes to show that:

A) Public pressure does work
B) They didn’t actually have to put all those restrictions on Sam in the first place, they just chose to

Thank you so much to everybody who complained to the prison. Honestly, from the bottom of our hearts. It means so much to me and Sam. I’ll let you all know what happens with the visit restriction as soon as I know more.

English culture is being pushed to …

English culture is being pushed to the fore as you can see here in Nottingham! For the most part, this is due to the natural patriotic feeling and sentiment of our people who have had enough of being second class citizens, and feeling like foreigners in our own country!

Happy St George's Day!

WELL DONE NORWAY

Norway going AGAINST the cashless agenda!

The government wants to strengthen people's right to pay with physical cash.

The Norwegian government is proposing a new law that will FORCE shops to accept real cash as payment. In other words, they will not be allowed to be "cashless".

The Ministry of Justice and Public Security want to change the law of the land to make sure that real cash can always be used as a form of payment.

Sweden is going against the cashless agenda, looking at ways to support citizens right to pay with physical cash.

Now the neighboring country of Norway is looking to do the same.

In the new law, consumers will have the right to pay with real cash in all shops or sales premises where goods or services are being sold. The only exceptions being vending machines, unmanned shops and sales of more than NOK 20.000 ($1926).

"The role of the government is to secure the preparedness of society. To only base oneself on digital payment system increase the vulnerability of society" says Justice and Public Security Minister Emilie Enger Mehl.

She also said "for the government it is important to create security for those who are reluctant to use digital payment solutions"

There we have it.

First Sweden went against the cashless agenda and now Norway is doing the same.

This is great news. In a cashless society it becomes incredibly easy for a government to control what you can and cannot buy. In order to secure democracy and freedom, it is essential that we keep cash!
