The process by which instant noodles are manufactured can be outlined in 8 consecutive steps. Overall, the process can be divided into three main stages, starting with initial preparation of instant noodles, followed by the actual production of them and lastly, packaging the end-product before selling them.

The process begins with the careful selection of quality ingredients. The flour, which serves as the base, is transported from storage silos in large trunks.

Once the ingredients are accurately measured, they are combined and kneaded in large industrial mixers. The kneading process is critical in developing the desired texture of the noodles. After reaching the optimal consistency, the dough is formed into large sheets and passed through a series of rollers to achieve the desired thickness. Once dough sheets are ready, they are cut into strips. Afterward, the cut dough strips undergo another step where they are made into noodles discs. They are then passed through a machine, where they are cooked with oil for a short period. This cooking process partially cooks the noodles, giving them their signature chewy texture. After this step, the noodles are dried to reduce their moisture content and ensure a long shelf life.

During the last stage noodles are put into cups which is done by high-speed packaging machines. After this, flavor packets containing vegetables and spices are added to the cups. In the final step, the packages are sealed to preserve freshness of the noodles and they are labelled.
