?ANTIFA UNITED⚫️

Long-needed international anti-fascist links were forged this year. It was the result of widespread work, carried out by the various realities on their territory, in connection and synergy with that of similar communities around Europe. This allowed the creation of large convergence mobilizations, which had as their occasion the memory of the martyrs Carlos, Dax and Clement.
First in Madrid, then in Milan, and finally in these days in Paris, links and collective reasoning have been strengthened that demonstrate the similarities between the various histories and that can lead to an increasing incidence of local anti-fascist mobilizations. We have always argued that memory is a collective gear, and these European rallies demonstrated that.

This is clearly a first response to the growing neo-fascist activity and the parallel cultural work that right-wingers are increasingly carrying out on our continent.

The emergence of these connections, of a kind of "Antifascist International," frightens governments, historical allies of the right-wingers: the senseless arrests in Paris are just one of the many proofs of this. If right-wingers and repression are international, then our response certainly will be too.

Quest'anno sono stati creati dei legami antifascisti internazionali di cui si sentiva il bisogno da tempo. È stato frutto di un lavoro capillare, portato avanti dalle varie realtà sul loro territorio, in collegamento e sinergia con quello di analoghe comunità in giro per l'Europa. Questo ha permesso la creazione di grosse mobilitazioni di convergenza, che hanno avuto come occasione il ricordo dei martiri Carlos, Dax e Clement.
Prima a Madrid, poi a Milano e infine in queste giornate a Parigi sono stati rinsaldati legami e ragionamenti collettivi che dimostrano le similitudini tra le varie storie e che possono portare a una sempre maggiore incidenza delle mobilitazioni antifasciste locali. Abbiamo sempre sostenuto che la memoria sia un ingranaggio collettivo, e questi raduni europei lo hanno dimostrato.

Questa è chiaramente una prima risposta alla crescente attività neofascista e al parallelo lavoro culturale che le destre stanno portando avanti in modo sempre più diffuso nel nostro continente.

La nascita di queste connessioni, di una sorta di "Internazionale Antifascista", spaventa i governi, storici alleati delle destre: gli insensati arresti a Parigi sono solo una delle molte prove di questo. Se le destre e la repressione sono internazionali, allora lo sarà certamente anche la nostra risposta.
