only you, reflected over and over
in God’s kaleidoscope,
or on the canvas signed by Jackson Pollock.
And while you are there and here,
and while archangels guard
the temple of your prophetic clock,
a heart-to-heart

an inner monologue.

если я чувствую усталость или подавленность по непонятным причинам (как сегодня, например), то я использую мой любимый способ высвобождения энергии через письмо:

я выписываю все-все вещи, которые я собиралась сделать, но откладывала
всё, что приходит в голову

потом разделяю страницу на две части: сделаю / отпускаю

и теперь я выбираю из хаотичного списка, какие дела куда пойдут

таким образом, я пересобираю свои ресурсы, чтобы даже мысленно энергия не уходила на то, что пора отпустить

а то, что пишу на стороне «сделаю», делаю в ближайшее время, чтобы тоже не тратить на это ментальную энергию

это game-changer, если честно
