I hit the back button and something caught my eye, so had to go back and do another clock for the 28th.

Anon: Incarcerated_ET is Q'd on a clock mirror (reflection) line; Community Notes mentions "reflections" in debunking the aliens over DC / Capitol photo (but not the video).

The kicker?

Incarcerated ET is Q'd on the 22 line (Q drop #2222 is the Roswell drop; not shown in clock).

EDIT: Notice the lights in the video are in a much different configuration than the photo. If you follow the community notes, they make a good debunking case on the photo; no mention of the video.
