The Israeli attack targeted the vehicle carrying Ismail Al-Ghul (reporter) and Rami Arrif (cameraman), both of whom had just covered the condition of the house of Ismail Haniyah, who was martyred by Israel in Taheran, Iran.

The bodies of both of them were still in the vehicle, but they were not intact, their heads and bodies were separated.

Hamas political leader Ismail Haniyeh was martyred in a Hotel in Iran.

Earlier he left his office in Qatar to attend the invitation of Iranian president Masoud Pezeshkian.

Iran's IRGC security forces placed him in a hotel and around 2pm he was executed by unknown people.

May Allah accept the Martyrdom of Ismail Haniyeh. Aamiin....*

As long as you are alive, there will always be negative events that accompany your life journey in whatever form they take. It could be rejection, separation, loss, failure, being put down by others, and various other unpleasant events.
You will always be considered bad by certain people. Because the definition of good and bad is very subjective, based on a perspective formed from the environment in which you grew up and lived, or it could also be from your own authentic principles.
The biggest source of disappointment is the desire to control and change things that cannot be controlled.
No one can be 100% good to you apart from yourself because you are the only one who can really take direct action and try to do things that are useful for your life right now.
Physicality has a big influence on the smooth running of your life. Even if you're not perfectly beautiful or handsome, at least you need to be neat and smell good.
Loneliness can kill. So, having quality relationships is very important. Comforting yourself by romanticizing loneliness will not solve the pain.
Emotion regulation is a skill that must be learned because humans are basically emotional creatures. The bad news is..... emotional regulation is a skill that is quite difficult to learn :)
