The project is undergoing a comprehensive assessment and management by Enrich Garden Labs (https://enrichgardenlabs.io/) – an advisory unit in the blockchain field, especially projects related to NFT, Metaverse, and DeFi, and other financial backers including ONUS, Jade Forest and BFRI.

? The new Bami platform is set to become the world’s simplest NFT pawn shop with several features revolving around the NFT, metaverse and other blockchain projects. For instance, users can use their gaming NFTs as collateral to get loans or purchase NFTs with discounts on the Clearance Market, participate in early-stage funding rounds of promising projects on the Launchpad as well as enjoy numerous privileges by becoming a member of the system.

? Accordingly, there will be a new tokenomics (please see the attached image).
Current BAMI (v1) holders can migrate to the new BAMI token (v2) with migration ratios as follows:
- Ratio 10:1 (10 BAMI v1 : 1 BAMI v2): Applied for all holders. The migrated BAMI shall comply with the vesting schedule for public investors.
- Ratio 7:1 (7 BAMI v1 : 1 new BAMI v2): Applied for all holders who possess 500K BAMI and above. The migrated BAMI shall comply with the vesting schedule for private investors. To be eligible for this ratio, the holders shall fill in and submit this form: https://forms.gle/qsVL7H3MVidTJmRA9.

KardiaChain-based holders shall transfer their BAMI v1 to ONUS for migration.
