According to the type of granules & the shape of their nuclei divided in two group
Granulocytes ➡️two type of granules specific & azurophilic
Specific ➡️ neutrophils & eosinophils& basophils
Agranulocytes ➡️ don't have specific granules but they do contain azurophilic granules (lysosome)
This group include lymphocytes & monocytes
